For those who find falling & staying asleep an issue, support your sleep time with this delicate blend of Chamomile, Marjoram & Vetiver.
Diffuser - 8 drops in diffuser & start it at least 1 hour prior to bedtime.
Bath - add approx 4 drops into 1 tablespoon, mix then disperse into bath once full.
Massage - add approx 4 drops in 2 tbsp of base oil & massage into body at least 1 hour prior to bedtime.
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender), Citrus reticulata(mandarin), Citrus aurantium var. amara (petitgrain), Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage), Vetiveria zizanioides (vetiver), Anthemis nobilis (Roman Chamomile), Origanum majorana (Sweet Marjoram).
Do not apply directly to the skin or ingest. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dilute before using on skin. A patch test should be performed before use for those with sensitive skin.
